Introduction to Fencing- Communiversity Course
Come learn the art of fencing. Fencing helps to build muscle, provides an aerobic workout, and is a competitive sport that is safe for all ages! Students will learn the basic movement and elements of fencing from a former college level coach. This class teaches footwork, blade work, and basic tactics. No experience is necessary and equipment is provided. Wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers (no sandals). Bring $5 each week for equipment rental.​
